Classified very well. A vineyard of 5 ha and an estate created in 1960 per Pierre Lancelot, and taken again in 1996 by his Sylvie daughter and her son-in-law Michel Chauvet. The cellars are dug in the hillock of chalk right behind the house. The press is at the top of the hillock, must is conveyed in the tanks by gravity. The brut Champagne cuvée des ChevaliersGrand Cru, pure a Chardonnay, resulting from 30 year old vines, where all the distinction of this type of vine is expressed, is generous and elegant, of persistent foam, very fruity, a vintage of a beautiful aromatic smoothness (brioche, peach), intense with the nose as with the palate. The vintage 2004, of rich and very delicate foam, with the nuances of honey, all in mouth, develops a nose of small fruits(peach), an elegant, firm and supple Champagne with the palate. Excellent 2002, from yellow gold robe, with a mouth scented with thefloral and slightly honey nuances, intense, at the same time robust and are distinguished, with the notes of ripe small fruits and lime, of a quite nice final.

The family is in charge of a vineyard of 33 ha, including 15 ha with Chouilly, Grand Cru of de laCôte des Blancs where the family home is installed since several generations. In order to preserve the true values and to guarantee a real personality with the vintages, pressing, wine making, put out of bottle and discharging are entirely carried out with propritété. Excite your papillae with their Champagne fermented Exigence (requirement in the choice of type of vines and their assembly, ChouillyGrand Cru of Chardonnay and Aÿ Grand Cru of Pinot Noir), with the floral and mineral nose, of a large smoothness with finally a very pleasant acidulated side, a full and generous vintage where one finds in mouth of the nuances of ripe citrus fruits and brioche bread, of very elegant foam. Remarkable out of the line, Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Millésimé 2002, gold medal with the world competition, which exhales nuances of white flowers and honey, combining distinction and roundness, savor and persistence, of a beautiful final. The Extra dry Champagne fermented, with the perfume of fresh almond and citrus fruits (lemon-yellow, apple rennet), very fresh, intense and full, with the subtle and persistent nose, who associates fullness and distinction, a very beautiful Champagne, very harmonious, very charmer. Beautiful vintage Prestige Vieilles Vignes (2/3 Chardonnay Chouilly Grand Cru and 1/3 Pinot Noir of Aÿ), with the nose prevailed by the ripe small fruits and the rose, all in aromatic subtlety, a beautiful length, of intense foam, all in smoothness with finally, of the nuances of peach and brioche bread. The brut rosy one develops in mouth of the powerful fresh fruit aromas and a spiced touch, a vinous and delicate at the same time, harmonious vintage, proportioned very well. Tradition brut (50%Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier) is a Champagne very well-balanced, of beautiful color, all in mouth, delicate and aromatic, traditional, of a fresh final, regularly successful. There are also the Blanc De Blancs Grand Cru, with, of course, only one type of vine, Chardonnay, only one vintage, the Chouilly Grand Cru, and the incorporation of wines of reserve to ensure a continuity in quality to him, a Champagne which exhales discreetly mineral aromas, fresh and well-balanced, of slightly honey mouth, full with elegance, typified, all in lightness of aromas, a mineral and full wine, of full mouth.
