Champagne Maurice Vesselle

A family estate of 9 ha vines, where one vinifies the vintages without malolactic fermentation। This house proposes this Champagne brut Grand Cru rosé, 100% Pinot noir to you, obtained by maceration short, very out of fruits, all in roundness, full, quite attractive, which is appropriate for a navarin. This brut Millésimé Grand Cru 2002, gold medal with the Challenge International of the wine, a powerful and bouquetée vintage, with this sweetness in mouth characteristic, of beautiful robe, very delicate, very persistent, combining structure and elegance. The Champagne cuvée Réserve Grand Cru are a great success, with the nose of almond, very out of fruits, proportioned well, delicate and rich in mouth. The Bouzy rouge 2000, coming from a not éraflée vintage, nice garnet-red robe vivid, dense, scented (notes of bilberry and very characteristic undergrowth). Bouzy 96 remains of topicality, and one proposes older vintages like the 85 or the 76.
