CHIROUBLES DOMAINE EMILE CHEYSSON

A winegrowing of 26 ha founded in 1870 by the Cheysson family. Chiroubles is a vintage which must remain greedy with much fruit without hardness in tannins. It is a wine pleasure, synonymous with fruity and freshness. 2005 are one year of very beautiful quality, powerful. 2006 and 2007 are similar years of fruit and lightness, typified well Chiroubles. 2008 are a very beautiful year, with aromas of fruits crunching and a beautiful matter without hardness.
The winegrowing proposes this Chiroubles fermented Prestige 2006, resulting from a specific sector of the estate (Les Roches) where one finds pieces of granite, which gives him this clean specificity (vines of more than 60 years and maturing during 12 months out of barrels of oak), a wine of powerful mouth, combining suppleness and structure, with the nuances of black fruits and spices, fleshy and quite traditional.

BORDEAUX CHATEAU DU MASSON

The Gassies-Gautey vineyards are family work several generations of wine growers (3rd), producers of marvellous Bordeaux and pioneers among so much of others of this soil of l 'Entre-Deux-Mers whose world reputation is recognized. The whole of the vineyard is spread out over left bank of the Dordogne, distributed in zone of slopes argilo-limestones and plates of same nature, and contiguous with the river of a plain on the siliceous ground with melts of them the low register seams of the Dordogne which is prolonged in the basement.
You will appreciate this Bordeaux rouge Château du Masson cuvée Passion 2006 (80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet franc, 5% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 5% Malbec), resulting from very old vines, with prevailing of prune, a very tasty wine, of beautiful robe, rich in mouth thanks to silky tannins, with nuances of black cherry and humus, of very good evolution. Beautiful 2005, which associates color and structure, with this complex of currant and humus, quite fullbodied, combining roundness and structure finally. Excellent Bordeaux rouge Château du Masson 2007, intense color, with the powerful nose marked by very ripe fruit notes (currant, morello cherry), of a very good balance. The Bordeaux rosé Fleur du Mayne 2009, beautiful a pink frank, a wine of fresh and tasty mouth, all into fruity, dry and suave at the same time, one of best of the appellation.

BORDEAUX DOMAINE DE LAUBERTRIE

Family property since the XVI ème century. Auberterie is a formation of the Early middle ages; the Pontallier family appears there in the texts since the delicate one of the XVI ème century. Old stronghold of Baronnie of Rivière in Duché de Fronsac, it joined Cubzagais starting from the French revolution. The buildings of estate go back to the XVIII and XIX ème century, the dwelling house was raised and finished in 1863. Marie Christine and Bernard Pontallier are now helped by their children, Arnaud and Benoit, who imply themselves more and more.
The Winegrowing of Laubertrie counts 15 hectares of vines, located on a plate argilo-limestone. The culture is traditional there, the wines are elaborate in our wine storehouses, in an artisanal way, while trying to respect the characters of the soil and of each vintage. The work of the ground privileges the mechanical processes and the natural putting under grass. The grape harvest is done manually. The produced wines are Bordeaux rouge, Bordeaux blanc and Bordeaux rosé and also Crémant de Bordeaux. The last vintages are characterized by an exceptional climatology. The wines powerful, fullbodied, are very marked by the fruit.
You will be able to discover this Bordeaux rouge 2007, of robe crimson, a fullbodied wine, with ripe tannins and a solid structure, with the nose prevailed by the cooked red small fruits, quite traditional. This Bordeaux blanc sec 2008, with prevailing of fresh fruits, is a wine which combines promptness and suppleness, of a frank and round final. Crémant de Bordeaux is all in smoothness, with full and floral foam.
Since 2008, the Pontallier family proposes to you a lodging in the context of the Gîtes of France in the category of the Bacchus Gîtes.

Alsace Zoeller

As the press dating from the XVIIe century testifies some, the family perpetuates since more than eight generations the viticultural tradition. Today, this ancestral know-how is combined with the modern methods to make it possible to work out wines complying with the rules of hygiene and quality while preserving their naturalness and especially their authenticity. The Gewurztraminer Les Orchidées 2005, typified, of scented and unctuous mouth, with the notes of smoked with a spice point, is a wine very representative of this vintage, well-balanced and harmonious. The Pinot gris Les Orchidées 2005, with the subtle nose, of a beautiful aromatic persistence, with marked nuances of dry fruits, nervous and dense mouth at the same time, is to be opened on a lobster. The Gewurztraminer cuvée Réservée 2006 associates smoothness and structure, slightly spiced, of powerful mouth, dry and suave at the same time, very succeeded. Remarkable Pinot gris Vendanges Tardives 2003, a complex, delicate and ripe wine at the same time, all in aromatic subtlety, with this nuance of candied fruits quite persistent, of a great consistency. Excellent Pinot noir La Saignée 2006, a wine of supple but quite robust mouth, coloured and scented (ripe). The House also proposes white Pinot to you vintage Réservée 2006 and this nice Crémant d' Alsace, having a nice bouquet, with quince the fruity notes, of frank and creamy foam, ideal on a tart with the mirabelle plums.

Armagnac Dartigalongue

It is in 1838 pennies Louis Philippe, that Pascal DARTIGALONGUE originating in Saint Lannes close to Madiran settled in Nogaro in the Gers and founded its House of trade of Armagnac which is still ours. In 1969, Pierre Dartigalongue installed its distilling with Salles d ' Armagnac. Since, five generations followed one another to ensure and perennialize “the oldest house of the Armagnac”. Producer, distiller and stockbreeder, installed in the area of best believed of this brandy seven times centenary, Dartigalongue is specialized in the very old Bas Armagnacs, products selected and matured according to the ancestral tradition. It offers this single Eau de Vie, declined in credits or vintages, in luxurious and personalized presentations. The house holds in its old original wine storehouses a very important range of old Armagnacs Millésimés, growing old and improving in barrels in oak of the country under the permanent control of the Master of wine storehouse which supervises the evolution and carries out of it various handling of transfer and ventilation. In addition, following meticulous research and tastings, certain vintages are assembled in order to create “special vintages” giving rise to traditional assemblies such V.S.O.P., OUT OF OLD, or to “15 YEARS of OLD”,” 25 YEARS”…, thus to celebrate the 170ème birthday of the creation of the house an exceptional assembly of 70% of 1974 and 30% of 1976, was carried out under the denomination Cuvée Louis-Philippe 42%,70 Cl. (Carafe) (king of the French in 1838).
Remarkable Bas-Armagnac cuvée Louis-Philippe (70% of 1974 and 30% of 1976), with the nuances of rancio and spices, very floral, at the same time dry and suave, very persistent with the palate. Also discover this 25 years Bas-Armagnac, assembly of several Armagnac of which young person is at least 25 years old, elegant, with these cocoa and dry fig connotations, slightly fume, of a great consistency in mouth, very scented (nut, prune), of a long final.

Sancerre Henry Natter

Winegrowing of 23 ha, where one cultivates human heat with the same care that one brings to the vines, privileging fauna and the flora, “brooding them” to extract their quintessence and to let them from it express itself as well as possible, during a perfectly controlled and traditional maturing. These impassioned owners have indeed in heart to make discover subtleties of their environment, their soil and their work, so that each one of their bottle is a source of user-friendliness. Their daughter, Mathilde, work with them, her brother, Auguste, occupy more cellar. Since nearly 25 years, the Natter family is vivid by an Hmong team - originating in the mountains of the Laos - integrated into the culture of the wine. She impregnated single relation that these women and men maintain with the vegetable world. Together, they engage and take part in the installation of a protection of the local biodiversity. In 2005, the winegrowing gained the Trophy of the Best Very Small Exporter, at the time of the fiftieth anniversary of the club of the exporters of France. The agricultural regional Meeting decreed in Cécile and Henry the price of Honor for “atypical Vine growers”. The family has in heart to make discover subtleties of their soil, their environment, their work so that their bottles are this discrete bond between nature and themselves: source of marvellous user-friendliness.
Exceptional Sancerre blanc L' Expression de Cécile “L' Essence des Terres Blanches” 2002, a wine of robe of a yellow shining, combining nervousness and fleshy, with the nose envoûtant, delicate and persistent, where one finds notes of white flowers, apple and nut, perfect on a fish with the furnace. Sancerre fermented François of the Barn 2004 is charmer, with the intense aromas, suave, very harmonious, subtle and powerful at the same time, where the ripe fruits and the fresh flowers intermingle, perfect on crayfish. Suberbe, the Sancerre blanc L' Expression de Cécile “L' Essence des Terres Blanches” 2006 develops these notes of smoked quite specific, a wine vinified very well, of brilliant and limpid robe, nose of fern and acacia, of a nice roundness, suave and persistent. The Sancerre rouge cuvée l' Enchantement 2005 (wine making and maturing out of barrels of oak), with the notes of prune and humus, very slightly spiced stops some as it should be, of intense color, with tannins present and silky at the same time, is a great wine. Their Sancerre rosé 2007 is always the best of the appellation, of a large aromatic smoothness, with the nose where the fresh fruits, the pink and the quince prevail, subtle, of a great persistence in mouth with nuances of strawberry of wood.
